A motivational consultation about your current training! Running plan analysis service gives you tips and general paces for typical workouts. It helps you to figure out where to focus more on the way to goals.

  • Distance: 5km – marathon
  • You have your own training plan and aren’t sure how well it serves you.
  • I’ll check your previous training (distance, HR, pace, etc.), background, goals, etc.
  • You get possible suggestions on where to focus, general paces for typical training types, etc.
  • Tips on which features to focus on at any time and example exercises.

You don’t get a whole training plan!

Well-planned training helps you achieve your goals. Planned training includes the right amount of light and speed training. There are many different exercises and not all should be done at the same time. The right kind of training optimizes the results. Everyone’s life situation is different, and not everyone is necessarily able to commit to continuous coaching, which is why the analysis helps you map out training guidelines.
