Personalised running coaching is for you if you are looking for a personalised running program that is individually customised to meet your goal.
What you will get?
Personalised running coaching is a professionally made training program that is easy to follow and individually planned for you. The program will take account of your current fitness level, your goal(s), how often you are capable to exercise, other possible hobbies and everything that will affect your training.
Weekly communication and support during the program. The point does not only to give you a program and wish you good luck. There will be weekly checking via mail, how your week and training have gone. I will support you the whole time and answer your questions.
Programs are available in either km or mile systems.
It is recommended that you take at least three months to achieve results and it helps to see what works for you and what doesn’t, as we are all individuals. The program is built on a month-by-month basis, based on your development along the way.
Are you unsure how to train for a certain goal or don’t know which program it would be suitable for? Have you scrolled tons of programs on the internet but none of them feels right?
Whether you are a beginner and planning to run your first 5km or an advanced runner who looking for faster marathon times. It’s up to you how much you are willing to use the time for training. You don’t have to spend all your spare time on training if you don’t want to. We will build this program together, it will be realistic and suitable for you.
Me as a coach?
I have over 10 years of running experience and several years of coaching. I’m a certified running coach and studied sports science at a university in England. My studies included coaching, biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, sport psychology and nutrition. I use all this knowledge in my coaching. My focus is on long-distance running, from 5 km to a marathon.
My coaching philosophy:
- Every one of us comes from different background, and our body works differently. Also, each needs different types of coaching, one might need a training plan and the other more guidance.
- Enjoyment and positivity. Training sessions and life are hard sometimes, but you should always enjoy the process.
- I want to teach my athlete to become stronger and better. I want to create an environment where you can trust me. We doing this together.
- Break your limits!

Training program: 150 €/month
Students discount -20% (please inform when contacting, proof required; pic of the student card, etc.)
I always recommend taking at least three months, to ensure good development. You can pay monthly.
