The customised running plan is tailored specifically for you, based on your goals and current level. It helps you achieve your objectives without the commitment of ongoing coaching. This option is ideal if you have some running experience and are training for an event or competition. It’s also suitable for beginners who want clear guidance on training and want to learn how to train effectively according to their own needs.

What’s included in the customised running plan?
  • A 14-24-week running plan, including strength training if desired
  • Analysis of your training history and background
  • Assistance with goal setting and answers to your questions
  • A progressive training plan with paces and heart rate zones tailored to your level and needs
  • One revision if needed

The plan is suitable for runners of all levels. You will receive your personalised program within approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on workload. Everyone is different, which is why training must be adapted individually. Your plan will consider your lifestyle, available time, and resources.
