The custom running plan is designed for you, according to your goals and level. It helps you achieve your goals without committing to a coach. This is an excellent choice if you have a running background and are training for a running event or competition. The plan is also suitable if you are new to running and want clarity on your training and learn how to train in a way that suits you.

- 18-24 weeks running plan + strength training (if desired)
- Analysis of your training history and background
- Helping with goal setting and answering your question
- Progressive training plan, including paces/HR zones on your level and needs
- 1 revision (if needed)
Suitable for every level runner. You will receive the program within about 1-2 weeks (depending on the time). We are all individuals, which is why things work differently for everyone. The program takes into account other aspects of your life and how much time and resources you have available.
