1. Käyttöehtojen soveltaminen
1.1 Soveltamisala
Tuusasports.com on TuuSa Sportsin (jäljempänä “Palveluntarjoaja”) tarjoama verkkokauppapalvelu (jäljempänä “Verkkokauppa”). Palvelussa asiakkaat (jäljempänä “Asiakas”) voivat ostaa TuuSa Sportsin tarjoamia tuotteita ja palveluita.
Verkkokaupan käyttö edellyttää, että Asiakas sitoutuu noudattamaan näitä käyttöehtoja. Joidenkin tuotteiden tai palveluiden käyttö voi edellyttää myös rekisteröitymistä.
Palveluntarjoaja pidättää oikeuden hintojen ja toimitusehtojen muutoksiin. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron.

1.2 Muut sovellettavat ehdot
Asiakas sitoutuu noudattamaan myös Palveluntarjoajan antamia lisäohjeita, kuten toimitus- ja palautusehtoja sekä tietosuojakäytäntöjä.
Kulloinkin voimassa olevat ehdot ja tietosuojaseloste ovat saatavilla Palveluntarjoajan verkkosivuilla: Tietosuojaseloste / Privacy Policy
Ostaessaan tuotteen tai palvelun Asiakas hyväksyy nämä käyttö- ja toimitusehdot.
2. Verkkokaupan käyttö
Verkkokauppa on pääsääntöisesti käytettävissä 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa. Palveluntarjoajalla on kuitenkin oikeus ottaa palvelu tilapäisesti pois käytöstä esimerkiksi huollon, asennuksen tai tietoturvasyiden vuoksi.
Palveluntarjoajalla on oikeus muuttaa tai poistaa osia palvelusta, sekä lopettaa palvelun ylläpito osittain tai kokonaan.
Kaikki Verkkokaupan oikeudet, tekijänoikeudet mukaan lukien, kuuluvat Palveluntarjoajalle.
Asiakkaalla ei ole oikeutta tallentaa, kopioida, välittää tai hyödyntää Verkkokaupan sisältöä kaupallisesti ilman Palveluntarjoajan etukäteen antamaa kirjallista lupaa.
3. Ostaminen Verkkokaupasta
Asiakas voi selata, hakea ja ostaa tuotteita tai palveluita Verkkokaupasta lisäämällä ne ostoskoriin ja maksamalla kassatoiminnossa.
Tehdessään oston Asiakas hyväksyy nämä ehdot, hinnat ja toimituskulut. Tilausvahvistus lähetetään sähköpostitse, mikäli Asiakas on antanut toimivan sähköpostiosoitteen.
3.1 Maksaminen
Verkkokaupan maksujen välityksestä vastaa WooCommerce. Maksaminen tapahtuu turvallisesti salatun yhteyden kautta.
Käytettävissä olevat maksutavat:
- Korttimaksu (yleisimmät maksukortit)
- Apple Pay ja Google Pay
- Lasku (pyynnöstä)
3.2 TuuSa Sports maksuturva
Kaikki tuotteet ja palvelut toimitetaan suoraan TuuSa Sportsilta asiakkaalle. Tuotteet ja maksut käsitellään turvallisesti WooCommerce-järjestelmän kautta.
3.3 Sopimuksen syntyminen ja peruutusoikeus
Asiakkaan tekemä tilaus on sitova, ja sopimus syntyy, kun Palveluntarjoaja on vahvistanut tilauksen.
Kuluttaja-asiakkaiden etämyyntiä koskevat säännökset määräytyvät kuluttajansuojalain (38/1978) 6 luvun mukaisesti.

Digitaaliset tuotteet
Digitaaliset tuotteet (esim. e-kirjat, harjoitusohjelmat, oppaat ja lahjakortit) toimitetaan sähköisesti välittömästi maksun jälkeen. Näillä tuotteilla ei ole peruutus- tai palautusoikeutta, koska toimitus alkaa heti maksusuorituksen jälkeen kuluttajansuojalain 6 luvun 16 §:n mukaisesti.
Fyysiset tuotteet
Fyysisten tuotteiden toimitusaika on yleensä 5–14 arkipäivää. Toimituskulut näkyvät kassasivulla ennen tilauksen vahvistamista.
Asiakkaan tulee tarkistaa lähetys heti sen vastaanottamisen yhteydessä ja ilmoittaa mahdollisista puutteista 14 päivän kuluessa osoitteeseen info@tuusasports.com.
Jos lähetys on vahingoittunut kuljetuksessa, siitä on ilmoitettava myös kuljetusliikkeelle.
3.4 Palautukset ja peruutukset
Asiakkaalla on kuluttajansuojalain mukainen 14 päivän vaihto- ja palautusoikeus fyysisiin tuotteisiin.
Palautettavan tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön, alkuperäispakkauksessa ja myyntikuntoinen.
Ennen palautusta Asiakkaan on otettava yhteyttä Palveluntarjoajaan saadakseen palautusohjeet.
Palautuskustannuksista vastaa Asiakas, ellei kyseessä ole virheellinen tuote tai toimitus.
Digitaalisilla tuotteilla ei ole palautusoikeutta.
Henkilökohtaiset palvelut (esim. valmennus, räätälöity ohjelma) voidaan peruuttaa 14 päivän kuluessa, mikäli toimitus ei ole vielä alkanut.
4. Asiakastiedot ja tietosuoja
4.1 Rekisteröityminen
Verkkokaupan käyttö ei edellytä rekisteröitymistä, mutta tilauksen yhteydessä Asiakkaan on annettava tilausta varten tarvittavat tiedot.
Palveluntarjoaja voi evätä käyttöoikeuden, mikäli tiedot on annettu virheellisesti tai puutteellisesti.
4.2 Tietojen käsittely
Asiakkaan tiedot tallennetaan Palveluntarjoajan asiakasrekisteriin ja käsitellään tietosuojaselosteen mukaisesti. Lue tietosuojaseloste / Privacy Policy
Asiakastietoja ei luovuteta ulkopuolisille ilman laillista perustetta. Tietoja voidaan luovuttaa viranomaisille lain niin edellyttäessä.
5. Vastuunrajoitukset
Palveluntarjoaja ei takaa, että Verkkokauppa toimii virheettömästi tai keskeytyksettä.
Palveluntarjoaja ei vastaa mahdollisista vahingoista, jotka johtuvat Verkkokaupan käytöstä, teknisistä vioista, katkoista tai virheellisestä sisällöstä.
Palveluntarjoaja ei vastaa viivästyksistä tai vahingoista, jotka johtuvat ylivoimaisesta esteestä (force majeure), kuten lakosta, luonnononnettomuudesta, tietoliikennehäiriöstä tai viranomaismääräyksistä.
Palveluntarjoaja ilmoittaa esteestä Asiakkaalle viipymättä sähköisesti.
6. Reklamaatiot
Reklamaatiot tuotteista tai palveluista tulee tehdä viipymättä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen: info@tuusasports.com
Palveluntarjoaja käsittelee reklamaatiot 14 päivän sisällä niiden vastaanottamisesta.
7. Evästeiden käyttö
TuuSa Sports -sivusto käyttää evästeitä (cookies) käyttäjäkokemuksen parantamiseksi. Evästeet auttavat analysoimaan liikennettä ja tarjoamaan yksilöityjä palveluita.
Käyttäjä voi hyväksyä tai estää evästeet selaimensa asetuksista. Joidenkin sivuston osien toiminta saattaa edellyttää evästeiden hyväksymistä.

8. Sovellettava laki ja riitojen ratkaisu
Näihin ehtoihin ja Verkkokaupan käyttöön sovelletaan Suomen lakia.
Mahdolliset erimielisyydet pyritään ensisijaisesti ratkaisemaan neuvotteluin. Mikäli sovintoa ei saavuteta, asia ratkaistaan Suomessa Palveluntarjoajan kotipaikan käräjäoikeudessa.

1. Scope and Application of Terms
1.1 Scope
Tuusasports.com is an online store service (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) operated by TuuSa Sports (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). Through the Online Store, customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) can purchase products and services offered by TuuSa Sports.
The use of the Online Store requires that the Customer agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Some features or services may also require registration.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices and delivery terms at any time. All product prices include value-added tax (VAT).

1.2 Other Applicable Terms
The Customer agrees to comply with any additional instructions or conditions issued by the Service Provider regarding the use or delivery of the Online Store or its products and services.

By purchasing a product or service, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Use of the Online Store
The Online Store is generally available twenty-four (24) hours a day. However, the Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily disable access to the Online Store for maintenance, installations, technical issues, security, or other similar reasons.
The Service Provider may add, modify, or remove parts of the Online Store and has the right to discontinue the service in whole or in part at any time.
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, related to the Online Store belong to the Service Provider or its contractual partners.
The Customer may not store, copy, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of the Online Store’s content without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
3. Purchasing from the Online Store
The Customer may browse, search, and purchase products or services by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment process at checkout.
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions, product prices, and delivery costs. If an email address is provided, an order confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email, detailing the purchased items and total price.
3.1 Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce using an encrypted connection.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit and debit cards (most common cards accepted)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Invoice (available upon request)
3.2 TuuSa Sports Purchase Protection
All products and services sold through the Online Store are provided directly by TuuSa Sports to the Customer. Payments and deliveries are handled securely via the WooCommerce system.
3.3 Formation of Contract and Right of Withdrawal
An order placed through the Online Store constitutes a binding agreement between the Customer and the Service Provider once confirmed by the Service Provider.
The provisions of Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) apply to distance selling to consumer customers.

Digital Products
Digital products (such as e-books, training guides, programs, and gift cards) are delivered electronically and become available immediately after payment. No right of withdrawal, cancellation, or return applies once the download or delivery has begun, in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Physical Products
The typical delivery time for physical products is 5–14 business days. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is finalised.
The Customer must inspect the received shipment immediately upon delivery and report any defects or discrepancies within 14 days by contacting info@tuusasports.com.
If a parcel has been damaged during shipping, the Customer must also report it directly to the carrier.
3.4 Returns and Cancellations
The Customer has a 14-day right of exchange or return for physical products in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Before making a return, the Customer must contact the Service Provider for return instructions.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Personalised services (such as individual coaching or customised training programs) may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered. If delivery has begun, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Customer Information and Data Protection
4.1 Registration
The use of the Online Store does not require registration. However, the Customer must provide all necessary information when placing an order to enable order processing and identification.
The Service Provider reserves the right to deny access to the service if required information is missing, inaccurate, or incomplete.
4.2 Processing of Customer Data
Customer information is stored in the Service Provider’s customer register and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Read the Privacy Policy
Customer data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary for order processing. Certain data may be disclosed to authorities upon a lawful and justified request.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Online Store will operate without interruptions or errors.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Online Store, including those caused by technical failures, interruptions, malware, or incorrect information.
The Service Provider shall not be responsible for delays or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), such as strikes, natural disasters, communication failures, or official regulations.
The Service Provider will notify the Customer of such events without undue delay.
6. Complaints
All product or service-related complaints must be submitted promptly by email to: info@tuusasports.com
The Service Provider will process complaints within 14 days of receipt.
7. Use of Cookies
The TuuSa Sports website uses cookies to improve user experience and analyse site traffic. Cookies help personalise content and make browsing more efficient.
Users may accept or disable cookies in their browser settings. Please note that some parts of the website may not function properly without cookies.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from the use of the Online Store are governed by Finnish law.
Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the District Court of Finland, at the Service Provider’s domicile.
